বর্তমান যুগ তথ্য ও প্রযুক্তির যুগ, ইন্টারনেটের মাধ্যমে মুহূর্তের মধ্যেই তথ্য পৌঁছে যাচ্ছে, দেশের এক প্রান্ত থেকে অন্য প্রান্তে। প্রযুক্তির অসাধারণ আবিষ্কার এর মধ্যে একটি হচ্ছে মোবাইল। বাংলাদেশের প্রত্যেকটি ঘরে ঘরেই এখন কমবেশি অ্যান্ড্রয়েড স্মার্টফোন দেখা যায়, আরে সমস্ত ফোনে রয়েছে অনেক ফিচার, সে যাই হোক আজকে মোবাইলের ইন্টারনেট ফিচার নিয়ে আলোচনা করবো, মোবাইলে এমবি আছে, তবুও ডাটা চালু হচ্ছে না, এ বিষয় নিয়ে প্রায় সময় আমার কাছে অনেকে এসে বলে ভাই এমবি ঢুকিয়েছি কিন্তু ডাটা চালু হচ্ছে না। আমার আজকের পোস্টটা তাদের জন্য, সব সময় তো আর আমাকে কাছে পাওয়া যাবে না। আমার এ পোস্ট থেকে তারা খুব সহজেই বিষয়টা শিখে নিতে পারবেন চলুন শুরু করা যাক।

The present age is the age of information and technology, information is reaching from one end of the country to the other through the internet.  Mobile is one of the great inventions of technology.  Android smartphones can be seen in almost every home in Bangladesh now, hey all phones have a lot of features, whatever it is today I will discuss the internet feature of mobile, mobile has MB, but data is not being launched, many people come to me about this and say brother  MB inserted but data not being turned on.  My post today is for them, they will not be available to me all the time.  From this post they can easily learn the subject. Let's get started.

মোবাইলে এমবি থাকা শর্তেও ডাটা চালু না হওয়ার পিছনে চারটি কারণ আছে।

There are four reasons why the data is not turned on even if the mobile has MB.

1. Two Sim

প্রথম কারণ এখন প্রায় স্মার্টফোনে দুইটি সিম লাগানোর সিস্টেম থাকে সিম ওয়ান এবং সিম টু। এখন মনে করেন আপনি সিম টুতে এমবি ঢুকিয়েছেন কিন্তু ডাটা সেটিং সিম ওয়ান এর ডিফল্ট করা তাহলে এমবি চালু হবে না, এক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে সিম সেটিং করতে হবে চলেন দেখেনি কিভাবে সিম সেটিং করতে হয়।

The first reason is that almost all smartphones now have two SIM insertion systems, SIM One and SIM Two.  Now suppose you have inserted MB in SIM 2 but the data setting is default of SIM One then MB will not be turned on, In this case you have to do SIM setting. Let's see how to do SIM setting.

প্রথমে মোবাইলের সেটিং ওপেন করবেন।

First open the mobile settings.

তারপর কানেকশন এ ক্লিক করেন,

Then click on the connection,

তারপর সিম কর্ড ম্যানেজার এ ক্লিক করুন,

Then click on SIM Card Manager,

তারপর মোবাইল ডাটা অপশনে ক্লিক করুন ,

Then click on the Mobile Data option,

এখানে ক্লিক করলে দেখতে পারবেন আপনি কোন সিম থেকে ডাটা চালাচ্ছেন এখন যে সিমে এমবি আছে সেই সিমে ক্লিক করুন ডাটা চালু হয়ে যাবে।

Click here to see which SIM you are running data from. Now click on the SIM which has MB. Data will be activated.

2. Internet access point setting :

( ইন্টার্নেট অ্যাকেস পয়েন্ট সেটিং )

আর দ্বিতীয় কারণ মোবাইলের ইন্টারনেট এক্সেস পয়েন্ট এর সেটিং ঠিক নেই সে ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে যা করতে হবে ।

And the second reason is that the setting of the mobile internet access point is not right, in which case you have to do something

প্রথমে মোবাইলের সেটিং ওপেন করবেন,

First open the mobile settings,

তারপর কানেকশনে ক্লিক করবেন,

Then click on the connection,

তারপর মোবাইল নেটওয়ার্ক ক্লিক করবেন,

Then click on Mobile Network,

তারপর একসেস পয়েন্ট নেমস এ ক্লিক করুন,

Then click on Access Point Names,

তারপর অ্যাড এ ক্লিক করবেন,

Then click on Add,

তারপরে নিচের এই edit access point পেজটি ওপেন হবে এখানে তিনটি কাজ করা লাগবে,

Then the following edit access point page will open. Here are three things to do,

1. Name : এখানে আপনি যে সিম ব্যবহার করেন সেই সিমের নাম লিখতে হবে। ( Here you have to enter the name of the SIM you are using)

2. APN : এখানে internet লিখতে হবে। (You have to write internet here.)

3. উপরে কোনায় থ্রি ডট আইকনে ক্লিক করতে হবে। (Click on the three dot icon in the top corner)

তারপর নিচের এই ছবির মত আসবে এখান থেকে Save এ ক্লিক করতে হবে। (Then it will look like this picture below. From here you have to click on Save)

তারপর নিচের ছবির মত আসবে এখান থেকে মার্ক করা স্থানে ক্লিক করে সিলেক্ট করে দিন। (Then it will look like the picture below. Click on the marked place from here and select it.)

কাজ শেষ এবার মোবাইলের ডাটা চালু করে দেখুন নেট চলবে। (When the work is done, turn on the mobile data and see if the net will work.)

উপরের টিপসট স্যামসাং j4 করা হয়েছে মডেল ও ব্র্যান্ডভেদে ফাংশনটি ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

তবে সেক্ষেত্রে আপনি মোবাইলের সেটিং এ সার্চ অপশনটি ব্যবহার করবেন। (The above tip has been made Samsung j4 The function may vary depending on the model and brand.

 However, in that case you will use the search option in the mobile settings.)

মার্ক করা সার্চ আইকনটিতে ক্লিক করে mobile data লিখে সার্চ দেন মোবাইল ডাটা অপশনটি পেয়ে যাবেন। (Click on the marked search icon and search for mobile data and you will get the mobile data option.)

আর mobile network দিয়ে সার্চ দিলে মোবাইল নেটওয়ার্ক মোবাইল নেটওয়ার্কের অপশন পেয়ে যাবেন। (And if you search with mobile network, you will get the option of mobile network.)

Time and Date :

তৃতীয় কারন আপনার মোবাইলের টাইম এবং ডেট ঠিক নেই সেক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে মোবাইলের সেটিং এ গিয়ে টাইম অ্যান্ড ডেট ঠিক করে দেখতে পারেন। (The third reason is that the time and date of your mobile is not correct. In that case you can go to the settings of the mobile and see the time and date correctly.)

Network IC Problem :

চতুর্থ কারণ নেটওয়ার্ক আইসি প্রবলেম সেক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে মোবাইল মেনটেনেন্স এর দোকানে সাহায্য নিতে হবে। (The fourth reason is network IC problem in case you need to take help in mobile maintenance store.)
