Hi friends, welcome to Pro Mobile Solutions, how are you all, hope you are well.  You can see from the title what I am talking about today.  Yes, today I will talk about mobile hang.  Let's get started.

আজ সকালে আমার এক ছোট ভাই একটি Redmi 3S মডেলের মোবাইল ফোন এনে বললেন, মোবাইলটা একটু দেখুন। মোবাইলের পাওয়ার বাটন, ভলিউম কী, টাচ , কিছু কাজ করতেছে না।  দেখলাম তার মোবাইল ফোন হ্যাং হয়ে গেছে। তারপর আমি মোবাইলটা কি করে ঠিক করলাম চলুন জেনে নিন।

This morning one of my younger brothers brought a Redmi 3S model mobile phone and said, look at the mobile.  Mobile power button, volume key, touch, some are not working.  I saw that his mobile phone was hanging.  Then let's find out how I fixed the mobile.

1. প্রথমে মোবাইলের পাওয়ার বাটন এবং ভলিউম মাইনাস বাটন চেপে ধরে রাখলাম।

First I pressed and held the power button and volume minus button of the mobile.

2. তারপর মোবাইল রিস্টার্ট হয় ফাস্টবুট মোডে চলে গেল।

Then the mobile restart went to fastboot mode.

3. তারপর মোবাইলের পাওয়ার বাটন চেপে ধরে রাখলাম, তারপর মোবাইলটা আবার রিস্টার্ট হল এবং মোবাইলের হ্যাং ছেড়ে দিলো অর্থাৎ ঠিক হয়ে গেল। 

Then I pressed and held the power button of the mobile, then the mobile restarted and left the hang of the mobile, that is, it was fixed.

এই একটা টিপস দিয়ে আপনি অনেক মোবাইলে এপ্লাই করতে পারেন। আমি এভাবে অনেক মোবাইল ঠিক করেছি , আর এ সমস্ত সমস্যা নিয়ে মোবাইল মেকানিক্স এর দোকানে গেলে আপনাকে মোবাইল ফ্লাশ করতে হবে বলে দুই থেকে তিনশ টাকা নিয়ে নিবে।

With this one tip you can apply to many mobiles.  I have fixed many mobiles in this way, and if you go to the shop of mobile mechanics with all these problems, you will have to take two to three hundred rupees to flash the mobile.

তো চলুন জেনে নিন এ সমস্যা কেন হয় ।

মোবাইল হ্যাং সমস্যা অনেক কারনে হয় । তার মধ্যে প্রধান কারন হচ্ছে মোবাইলের রেম এবং রম কম, কিন্তু আপনি অধিক সফটওয়্যার ইন্সটল করেছেন যেমন অ্যাপ্ লক, স্পিকিং ক্লক এগুলো। আর এ সমস্ত সফটওয়্যার গুলো মোবাইল চালু হওয়ার সাথে সাথে আপনা আপনি চালু হয়ে যায় এবং মোবাইল হ্যাং করে ।

 So let's find out why this problem occurs.

There are many reasons for the mobile hang problem.  The main reason is that the RAM and ROM of the mobile is less, but you have installed more software like App lock, Speaking Clock.  And all these softwares are automatically launched as soon as the mobile is launched and the mobile hangs.

আর দ্বিতীয় কারণ মোবাইলে স্টোরেজঃ ফুল হয়ে গেলে হ্যাং করে, তাই বেদরকারি সফটওয়্যার গুলোকে মোবাইলের মেমোরি কার্ডে ব্যাক আপ করে আনইন্সটল করে দিন। সবচেয়ে দরকারী সফটওয়্যার গুলোকে মোবাইলে রাখুন এবং মোবাইলের সেট মেমোরি সব সময় ফ্রি রাখার চেষ্টা করুন। এতে করে আপনার মোবাইল হ্যাং করবে না এবং মোবাইল স্মুথলি চলবে।

And the second reason is that the storage in the mobile hangs when it is full, so back up the unneeded software to the memory card of the mobile and uninstall it.  Keep the most useful software on your mobile and try to keep your mobile's set memory free at all times.  This will not hang your mobile and the mobile will run smoothly.

ব্যাক আপ এর কথা কেন বলছি শুনুন , মোবাইল সফটওয়্যার গুলো মেমোরিতে ব্যাকআপ করে রাখলে পরবর্তী আপনাকে সফটওয়্যার গুলো আর নেট থেকে ডাউনলোড করতে হবে না এবং যখন প্রয়োজন হবে তখন ইন্সটল করে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন মোবাইলের সফটওয়্যার । কিভাবে ব্যাকআপ করবেন সেই নিয়ে আমি অন্য পোস্টে আলোচনা করব।

Listen to why I am talking about backup, if you keep the mobile software backed up in memory then you don't have to download the software from the net anymore and you can install and use the mobile software when needed.  I will discuss in another post how to backup.
